Q: How many days can I keep the unit?

We have 1, 2 or 3 night sleep study options (multiple night analysis is recommended).

 

Q: What if I need to keep the unit longer than 3 days?

A 3 night study should be sufficient. If however you would like to keep the unit longer than this, please contact our customer service at 801.550.0116.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my report?

From the time we receive the unit back, it usually only takes one business day.

 

Q: How many hours of sleep are needed to run the report?

We recommend that at least six hours of sleep data is captured during a typical nights rest.

 

Q: Will you let me know if I have sleep apnea?

We'll provide you with a sleep study report, however only a trained physician is qulaified for diagnosing the problem.

 

Q: Is this covered by insurance?

No, not directly at this time.

 

Q: What information is included in the report?

Our monitor captures the oxygen saturation levels and pulse rate during the night. Our reporting software then sorts this information in an easy-to-read format. view sample report

 

WE DELIVER THE MONITOR

Once we receive your order we'll call to schedule a time to deliver a sleep monitor (orders outside the state of Utah will be shipped).

YOU WEAR THE MONITOR

The sleep monitor will arrive with our easy-to-follow overnight instructions (at least six hours of sleep is recommended).

WE PICK UP THE MONITOR

Once you have completed the sleep study we will pick up the monitor (orders outside the state of Utah will need to be shipped back).

YOU'LL RECEIVE A REPORT

Upon receipt of the sleep monitor we will download the data from the sleep study and email the results to you in a pdf format.
